To join our Designer Club, all you need to do is complete the Application Form and Wisconsin Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certificate. Then simply return these items and your business card to our store. Once you are registered, you will receive a welcome packet that details all club benefits. Additionally, you will receive club updates announcing future offers and special events available only to our Designer Club members.
